Berry Banana Citrus Smoothie

Serving Size:
1 BIG serving!
or 2 1/2 normal servings.


1 cup orange juice (the juice of apron. 3 oranges)
1 cup strawberry (aprox. 9 strawberries)
1 banana
Optional: use mixed berries instead of just strawberries.

Tip: For a more smoothie like consistency freeze the strawberries and banana before use.

Tip: If you prefer a thicker consistency use 1/2 a cup of orange juice instead of 1. This will yield exactly 2 cups.

Note: I don't sweeten my smoothie, but you can if you want to! Try honey as a more natural sweetener. 


Place all ingredients in the mixer.

Mix until smooth. Make sure there are no lumpy pieces of fruit.

Garnish with a strawberry and serve.
 This is the yield of double the recipe: 1 big cup + 2 1/2 regular cups.
The smoothie should keep well for a day or two in the fridge.
