Chocolatey Chocolate Happy Ice-Cream!

Who's been waiting for this recipe?!!

Heaven sent chocolate goodness with no guilt whatsoever!

Calories per scoop are as low as 95 calories of healthy chocolatey goodness!

Thats more than half the calories of a regular chocolate scoop of icecream, with non of its guilt or preservatives!

Ingredients are as simple as:

  • 1 banana
  • pure cocoa powder (I used Hershey's)
Recipe:

  • Cut the banana into small circles and place them over plastic wrap so they won't end up stuck to the plate.
  • Leave the banana in the freezer for about 2 hours (or until the banana is completely frozen).
  • When the banana is all frozen up, pop it into a food processor and keep it going till you reach a creamy icecream texture.
  • Add the pure cocoa powder to taste. You can start with a teaspoon of cocoa and work your way up from there. (I honestly didn't measure up, I just spilled in the chocolate so eagerly. Maybe next time I make it I will update you on that).
  • Plate up and enjoy!
Tip: You can top your icecream with dark chocolate (to keep it healthy choose 70% and above), raw nuts, or even healthily candid nuts.

Is it really only 95 calories?
Yes, It could be! It depends on the ingredients you use of course. But if you have a small banana (90 calories) and a teaspoon of pure cocoa powder like Hershey's (5 calories with exaggeration), it will amount to approximately 95 calories. Ofcourse if you use a large banana, or several bananas, toppings, and more, it won't end up being just 95 calories now, would it? :)

Enjoy <3
